    Depending on the workload for our team, we usually endeavour to answer every enquiry within 24 working hours, not including weekends and Australian Public holidays.

  • Can i cancel my account at any time?

    Yes, you can cancel your account at any time. To do so, just send an email to us at support@australianexchangeplatform.com, requesting us to cancel your account. If you do so, all your information will be deleted from our servers, and we will notify you via email once this has been done. After that, you will not be able to log in anymore. Should you wish to re-join, you will have to register as a new member and fill in all details.

  • Can i get a refund for any purchases of tokens which i have purchased?

    We are sorry, but once you have purchased Tokens, they are your property, and no refunds can be made. You can only sell your Tokens through authorised exchange platforms.
